  Comfy room, better than expected :) Good mattress, sparkling withe sheets, perfectly usable bathroom with hot water and pressure, fan/AC to be chosen... And a super, super nice crew!!!

  The staff was amazing. The we're so kind - the only place I've really felt home I'm Cambodia. They even gave us free drinking water every day.

  I've never felt so welcome in a Guesthose before: free water everday, free toiletries, and just a super friendly and helpful staff. During Check-in we received a map of Koh Kong with the most important spots and a How-To-Guide for crossing the border.
  Yes, the rooms are basic and a bit dated but for such a good price per night, they were excellent and totally sufficient!

  one of the nicest hotels I've been to. The receptionist guy was just absolutely amazing. He showed me every place I needed to know in the city.

  Not really all that clean, old, and on the left side facing the back is a loud bar at night. Not all that cool. Music stopped at 22 though. Get a aircon room,we had a fan room and slept horribly.

  Eventhough shower is poor, here is best gust house in Cambodia. Clean, calm, staff, wifi, I feel so nice.

  99 Guesthouse is a good guesthouse and price is acceptable, Clean room, Free Fi-Wi Staff is friendly and it's also silent place.
