The technician was incompetent & could not even run a SMART test on a hard disk that was supposed to have a 1-year guarantee (manufacturer offers 2, go figure). Not only did he not run it, he tried to forge SMART data to make it appear to pass in order to avoid honouring the warranty agreement. Don't buy anything from these guys, they are a major rip-off & often disguise used or broken products as new.
