Le service est bien trop longle lieu est agréable mais le fait de devoir demander à être servi et devoir attendre 1:15 pour pouvoir manger n'est pas convenable. Et ne pas être prévenu d'un problème technique n'est pas acceptable.

The service is way too long the place is nice but the fact of having to ask to be served and having to wait 1:15 to be able to eat is not suitable. And not being warned of a technical problem is not acceptable.

Value and nice ambience. Tyubeteika delivers a really good service, nice ambience and modern Kyrgyz and international cuisine at still reasonable prices. Compared with the other restaurants that I have experiences so far in Bishkek, Tyubeteika has a very good value. They have to restaurant areas. The smaller one (right entrance) is non smoking. If you are a larger group, check in advance, because the large area is 'closed banquet' quite often. Normally you should have not problem getting a table without a reservation. In the evening there is live music in the large area - most of the time still moderate enough to have a decent conversation.
