This place is next to bus station and it’s basically the downtown area. Ainura is the owner of the guesthouse and offered us a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable. Clean as well and toilet also. She provided really good breakfast! We do recommend this place. Such a great stay.

Friendly family run place. Kids will play and make noise untill 21:00. Breakfast nothing to write home about but on time and not bad. Worst bed I have slept on in my life.

A lovely family runs the place, mother of the house is a very helpful, English-speaking teacher, who also happens to work at CBT, thus has plenty of good knowledge about camping options higher in the mountains. I came there 3 times, for a reason! I recommend this place in Kochkor.
