Beautiful guest house. The tenant is very nice and takes care to each of his guests. Bathroom ok, wifi ok.

A great place to stay when visiting Karakol and the nearby mountains. The host Taalai gave us some great advice on the best hikes and was overall super friendly and really took his time to make our stay the best possible. Plus for the beautiful garden!

Talaai is such a good host! Really helpful with all the information about trekking around karakol or travelling Kyrgyzstan in general. Really clean place with a nice breakfast included

The best guesthouse I've been so far. The whole family is very kind and attentive. A special thank to Taalai for his hiking advises and he even lend us his hiking map for our 3 day hiking trip.

Nice place. We have used it as our base camp, it felt like home when we returned from mountains. Very well informated host, who sent us to most interesting places near Karakol.

Our trip in Kyrgyzstan is not yet over. However, I doubt we will find any friendlier, helpful hosts as Talaai and his family. They have been wonderful in every way. I have rarely seen any host as attentioned as here. They will advise you for every need you have. Whether it be information about hikes in the region, where to eat or how to continue your journey. If I ever come back to Karakol, I already know where I would stay.

Teskey Guesthouse is a great place to stay in Karakol! The owner Taalai Janybekov and his family are amazing! They are so helpful and willing to answer any of your questions about tours in the area. In summer it's a great base camp for any tour and in winter they have everything you need to dry your skiing equipment. I'm looking forward to the next time I spend a night at Taalai's place!

Clean and friendly guest gouse. the owner was very helpful in suggesting tours and hikes around Karakol.
The rooms are spacious with shared toilets and bathrooms. There is a large communal area outside.response / report this review -

I never expect some special things until I found this place last year. OMG, the owner is a generous guy I have never seen before. He took care of us as his guest like his brother. He guided us everything we should know even he walked with us to the minibus station for sending us to go some places. I love him most. Of course, his house looked very clean. No doubt that if your destination is Karakol, this place is a must!
