Food is amazing for Indians in spite of the rating .The dining service is not . When asked for 1 spicy and non spicy meal of the same type ,we seemed to be served the same meal, which resulted in a bad experience for a first time diner and friend . Also one needs to walk almost 2 blocks away to the nearby bank to withdraw money which is for lack of a better term-very inconvienient . Otherwise decorum is good ,nice place and well maintained.I would have preferred a little more attention to detail on the part of the waiters while serving.I hope a better service system will improve my ratings for the next time.STILL! THANKS TO THE OWNERS FOR AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO DINE AUTHENTIC INDIAN FOOD IN KYRGYZSTAN !

Terrible service, I was waiting for my food for more than an hour, waitress kept saying "right now right now" but this right was last for more than 30 minutes. If you don't know how to serve food, if you don't know you should apologize when your customers are waiting for more than 30 minutes, then you're not able to have a restaurant. Someone needs to stand up to say this, I saw people next to my table were pissed as well, but probably they didn't dare to talk it out loud, probably they just need this restaurant. I hope everyone who's looking for a decent service not to go to this restaurant, they have no idea how to serve people.

Good Indian cuisine. The luncheon buffet is a bargain at 300 soms. Decor is an issue. And service could be Improved. Had to chase down the server to get a beer and the check at the end of the meal.

Turns out students only pay half the price of regular customers. They didn't tell me about this and I only found out as I was already paying. I showed my student card but the owner made me pay full price anyway. That made the whole experience unpleasant and I won't be going back to this place.

You will not find Indian food like this any where else. The staff are very polite and cooperative. Even the personal care taken by the owner himself. All the dishes are very delicious. Best wishes are to the staff and the great owner for such great care taken by to all the visitors to Sugar and Spice.👍
