Pretty much the only option I found for self-serve laundry in Bishkek, as it was expensive everywhere else. It's sort of self serve - you drop off your laundry, they help you load it and will put it in the dryer; you show up 2.5 hrs later to fold and pick it up yourself. Met the owners, they are very nice and helpful. Location on Google Maps is correct, but a bit hard to find - it's on the 2nd level of a building around the corner, look for the sign.
