+ large room
+ breakfast buffet
+ clean room and bathroom
+ fresh smelling sheets
- located next to the railroad tracks. Trains woke me up 6 times during the night
- location is quite far off centre and in a little shady area
- lack of water pressure in the shower
- no bedside lights
- bad tasting instant coffee at breakfast
