Very tasty food, especially pizza. Good coffee. Place is very cosy, and lady who own it is supernice
Super place to have a good coffee or tea and plan your trip around Karakol. Also the (take away) lunchbox is super!
The place to be for the backpackers. Very european but they have delicious cakes and some good beers. Decent prices.
Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. There's a small selection of books and board games to help you pass the time too. Having spent a day or two recuperating in Karakol, sampling the various western style joints in town, I can confidently say that they have the best coffee in town at the time of writing (get a French press). Just missed out on 5 stars as fat cats has better pizza and a better range of beers.
Best coffee in Karakol (and probably Kyrgyzstan!) in pleasant surroundings with friendly staff. Good wifi, book swap and board games. Toilet cleaner than average.
Nice place, good atmosphere and a friendly owner but very slow service (2h wait for a pizza) and the pizza is also not very tasty.
Great place. Nice coffee, good pizza. Makes you feel at home. Free wifi, and more tourist if you wish to find partners.
Nice coffee and cakes. Comfortable with a warm atmosphere.
Free WiFi. Postcards & stamps sold.
Nice owner.
Good coffee and snacks, if a bit pricey for Kyrgyzstan - but the feel is just so different from a typical restaurant here in Kyrgyzstan (which I love too), reminding you of home, that it's worth it. The lady and her daughter are very nice too. Keep it running like that!
Cozy place. Good coffee. Nice service.
Been around in Karakol for ages. Good service and good food. The other reviews are spot on: this place definitely cozy, hip, and has good coffee.
A little wonder! How do you get the best coffee in Kyrgyzstan - genuinely as good as in good places in Europe - in the middle of Central Asia? Whatever they did, it worked very well. The little pastries are good as well, and the WiFi works fine.
