  Well if you want to make your carrier in medicine and become a successfull doctor then it is your best place to doing mbbs or md ..so a good place for medicine .

  Ism Iuk wonderful university for international students who opted medicine.

  When i entered the university it was a bit of a self imported dump. However I did like the Rbucks Coffee they sold on the premesis with matured goat wee.
  
  then i visited the student accomodation , WOOOOOOOO it was a shed in a field with a crazy cat lady throat singing, in a field full of horses just waiting to go to the findus meat factory.
  
  then i went to the University its self,WOOOOO it was a dump WOOOOO i hated WOOOO i would have had a much better chance going to Bath University in the UK.
  
  The university its self was nice, well expect from the staff, when i entered politics and wrote about my opinion on democracey and economics, the other students frowned upon me because their familys where used to communism, and fair trade an all that sort of stuff.
  
  To conclude go to Cape town University its more efficent and cost effective. From Matt :)
