Unfriendly and incompetent staff! They speak very bad English and don't fix problems in the rooms. Minibar wasn't cold, TV didn't work and in the bathroom no hot water. Charged 7 $ (!!) for a lost plastic room-card. Won't return to this hotel! Recommend everybody to book another hotel!

The hotel has a good location, few nice restaurants are in the walking distance and there is a big supermarket just accross the road. The staff in the hotel was extremely helpful. I liked 24/7 room service for all the meals from the hotel restaurant (except sushi). We had an apartment with private sauna and it was very hot in all the apartment as the heating couldn't be regulated from the room.

Check for the items in ur fridge before checking in ,or get ready to pay if anything missing, and 2 water bottles on daily basis too

The receptionist doesn't speak English, i asked for early check-in three days in advance and when i arrived they charged me 40% more for the early check-in even though it was only 2 hours early

Hotel is modern and everything looks great. Good quality interior. Service was good, as to be expected from a hotel like this.
What was disappointing was the fact that they did not have any of the sushi available for room service, even though it comprises like half of their menu. We did not get an explanation as to why it was not available. Also there was an occasional whiff of sewage smell in the bathroom probably coming from the drain in the floor.response / report this review -

The room is nice and bright. Cleaning is done daily. The gym is empty during my visits. Nice location. Breakfast is Ok.
