Good value hotel.. near to bishkek city and chui Ave

Visited to ask about the price and to check the hotel conditions. All phones were switched off and even we knocked the door nobody didn't answer. We have waited for 3 minutes and there showed up a lady "receptionist-manager" all in one. We were offered come in but before to get it were asked to put shoe covers. The shoe covers were all used, dirty and we just understood there is no welcome to the guests, although their income depends on us :( really don't understand such people/companies who behave you need hotel not me, so you are the sheep and I am the boss. Never won't be back
