  Overall a convenient place to shop if you live in the area. There is a grocery store and a lot of individual sellers downstairs and small clothing stores upstairs.

  Bishkek is a great city to walk around. Compact city centre, lovely parks, heaps of playgrounds, even if they are old. A number of restaurants have English menus. Very tourist oriented. Worth a visit.
