I stayed in Argo Guest House for four days with two of my girl friends in May 2018, from New York and not knowing what to expect such a foreign land. But we were very much impressed with the level of hospitality as well as the beautiful and clean house/room. Svetlana and her husband went out of their ways to meet all our needs with such attention. The scrumptious breakfasts were all homemade accompanied by fresh fruits and vegetables, which is rather rare in Kyrgyzstan, accomodating our preferences. All transportation to sites Svetlana arranged for us were cheaper and nicer than tour company's. We invited Svetlana and her daughter to the sunset cruise since there were extra rooms on the boat and they brought some chicken, wine, and blankets to share as well as providing the transportation to the dock. What great time we had together! my friends and I highly recommend Argo Guest House for anyone.

PRO:
Camera: molto spaziosa, pulita e con un bagno enorme e molto bello.
Staff: parlano inglese. Sono molto cortesi e disponibili, infatti, ci hanno aiutato molto con l'organizzazione degli spostamenti all'interno del paese e delle escursioni (davvero fantastiche).
una menzione speciale anche all'autista Valy, che ci hanno trovato dalla guest house, davvero molto bravo e disponibile.
Se andate a Karakol questo è il posto giusto.
Room: very spacious, clean and with a huge and very nice bathroom.
Staff: They speak English. They are very courteous and helpful, in fact, they helped us a lot with the organization of trips within the country and the excursions (really fantastic).
a special mention also to Valy driver, guest house found him for us, really very good and helpful.
If you go to Karakol this is the right place.
CONTRO:
camera: la nostra camera aveva una bella finestra triangolare, ma era sprovvista di tenda, quindi la mattina appena sorto il sole è entrata anche tanta luce

My Israeli friends stayed here. They were quite satisfied with the service here. Although not satisfied to the extent they wanted. It seems here you will end up paying more than in other hostels of Karakol. The advantage is that it is more high quality.
