Clearly not up to international standards. Food is expensive but not better than average. Glass of red wine is coming from a bottle opened for more than 3 weeks (which seemed normal to the waiter). Service is not helpful in any sense.

Aside from the Hyatt Regency, this is the most upscale restaurant in Bishkek. Located in a park, the atmosphere is lovely. A nice touch: staff will accompany children to the adjoining playground while parents dine. Excellent wine list, top quality food, and reasonable prices. A favorite (which my wife and I selected a few years ago for our wedding dinner). Highly recommended.

The horse steaks are a little expensive, but very good. And the outdoor patio area is very nice and one of the quieter outdoor patios I found in Bishkek.

This one of the few real nice places in Bishkek. There are good service, good cuisine, good location there. I suggest.
