  Very good skiing or snowboarding place. There are several nice tracks (from white to red). Not far from Bishkek. Beware however that the service in the restaurants of the station might be pretty slow (at least 30-40min).

  Chunkurchak ski base is currently the best skiing location near Bishkek. New ski base with relatively new infrastructure and equipment has 3 main lifts and tracks. These offer relatively good skiing experience for all levels of skiers. There is one ski and equipment rent at the resort (it's recommended to rent the equipment in Bishkek), some buffets and 1-2 accommodation facilities. During the winter months the road to ski base may be slippery, it's better to have the chains in the car. Some of the local tour companies organise the transport from city to Chunkurchak. The resort is relatively busy during the weekends. The number of visitors is lower during the weekdays, but some lifts may not work.

  Отличная горнолыжная база. Одна из лучших Кыргызстане. Но не хватает экстремальных склонов. И большие очереди на кассу в праздники
