Under construction state of the art mall and residential houses. Naivas and Nairobi Hospital among major tenants expected at the mall. The residential side has apartments, three and four bedroom houses. The show houses are a site to behold.
3 bedroom townhouses sit on an area of 1560 sq ft. The houses are semi detached to allow independent access. 4 bed room town houses sit on an area of 1722 sq ft and are equally semi detached. 3 bedroom apartments occupy an area of 1076 sq ft.
Recreational spaces are made in such a way to foster a sense of belonging and community enabling one to Maina gain a healthy, active lifestyle. Access to a kindergarten and children’s play areas will be provided in the whole development.response / report this review -

Crystal rivers comprises of a humongous mall, 3&4 bedroom town houses and 3 bedroom apartments. They are tastefully done with high quality finishes.
