Services offered for rental property include:
1)Advertising - We advertise the properties at the very best market rates.
2)Arranging viewing and interviewing potential clients. This ensures we only deal with the best and most reliable tenants in terms of timely payment.
3)Managing tenancy agreements with the tenants with gradual increments in rent after the contract expires.
4)Collecting and depositing rent for the Landlord in a timely manner.
5)Supervision of maintenance and repairs in the apartments.
6)Handling tenants concerns and documentations.
7)Preparing monthly rent statements for the Landlord and handling defaulters.
8)Handling the moving out procedures. This involves repainting, repairs and clearing utility bills at the tenants cost and later handling deposit refund.
9)Ensuring all statutory payments such as land rent/ rates are settled in a timely manner.
10)Maintaining books on behalf of the landlord for tax purposes and tracking expenses.
11)Providing 24-hour emergency contact.
12)Compliance with all local, County and State laws.

1)Keep an up to date database of all individual owners/tenants.
2)Timely invoicing of the landlords/tenants.
3)Collecting/ Banking and receipting service charge payments.
4)Maintaining balance statements and taking debt collection actions where necessary.
5)Monitoring payments of common utilities such as electricity and water.
6) Appointment of cost effective cleaning, gardening, fumigation, security and garbage collection service.
7)Keeping and maintaining books of accounts for the Management Company and working with the appointed auditor on annual accounts.
8)Supervision of repairs and maintenance activities required by contracting reliable and cost effective repairmen with the management’s approval.
9)Supervising over any other business approved by the management company.



We would be open to any other responsibilities upon further discussion. Our commissions are competitive and dependant on range of services required by the landlord. We are flexible and open to negotiations.
