I ordered food via Yum and even paid via mpesa MCG9AT7RQZ Confirmed. Ksh1,470.00 sent to PesaPal on 16/3/18 at 9:42 AM New M-PESA balance is Ksh4,354.91. Transaction cost, Ksh22.00. It’s several hours and no delivery. Not even calls are going through.

You either deliver by the end of the day or refund my money.

I've used this delivery service several times and love it. The expected wait time till delivery is pretty accurate. Additionally, you are notified when your order is on its way so you know to keep an ear out.

Ordered from several restaurants through yum and they've always delivered. Do expect to wait for quite a bit for the delivery, but I've always gottrn what I ordered and they are responsible for the 30lbs I've added so far 😁

Fantastic service! I've order over half a dozen times and every experience has been very good. Yes in general it takes a while for orders to be delivered in Kenya, but Yum is very up front about expected delivery times and keeps you informed via SMS the entire way.

After I placed my last order I wanted to add to it. I had a great experience calling their main number. The call was answered quickly, the agent was articulate and helpful and my issue was quickly resolved.

Super disappointed!!! My delivery was wrong, I had already mentioned I was leaving to go for meetings, the delivery came, but got the totally wrong order, all I got was an apology, I missed lunch today, thanks to the mix up and this is strike 2 of 2, I doubt I will use you guys ever again.
