These guys try to sell fake products as genuine.
And then when confronted with proof that they are fake. They will will refuse to accept this and not give a replacement with a genuine item or even a refund. They block most they have conned on their fbk page.
I am not the only person who has had issues with these guys. They have burned dozens of people.
They are also heavily over priced for PC components and rely on their customer being naive.
If you are a PC enthusiast stay far away from them. You can join one of the many groups on fbk for enthusiasts and get better prices and legitimate products.

I've been buying PC games here since I was in high school so they have all games, old and new. They will help you out with installation if you're stuck, there also a variety of gaming accessories and computer peripherals which you won't easily find elsewhere. They also have custom gaming PCs, graphics cards and consoles. However I found the gaming rigs too expensive and opted to build mine which ended up being significantly cheaper.

The services are great and professional, however, I was not told of the wait times as I was handed a waiting card and was to collect my product after a 2 days. But I would understand this would be because of the amount of work and orders they receive. But then again maybe it's time to expand and get more people working for this business. Nonetheless, I was satisfied.

Daylight robbery @ XGAMERS technologies. I bought an xbox power adapter from them nicely packaged in a box ``NEW'. After 1 hr of use it goes dead. I return it & they say main power supply is burnt( i usually use inbuilt power surge). They refuse to replace or refund,they want me to repair it at an extra cost. Where is the guarantee?? After back and forth i carry it and open. The adapter is a mess!! Take a look at the new adapter

What a horrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer and yet they treat me like trash. I bought an harddisk from them and asked that they install it for me in my laptop. That worked for three months and then it failed. When I took it back to them, they charged me an extra Ksh 1500 to format it. Its daylight robbery.
