Such a shame after reading the reviews we were really looking forward to W&S. After waiting 30minutes, I asked how much longer the food would take, I am then informed they ran out of burger buns but are just going to get some! One burger was ready so they could bring that out this never came! 15 minutes later I check again and she tells me 3more minutes. We walked out after 5 minutes. As I said to the waitstaff, if you had informed me when placing the order, we could have changed our order no problem. Unfortunately we did not have the time to wait even longer.
Yes this place has a cool interior and vibe, perhaps the food is good, but staff communication falls below the radar!!

One of the best chill spots in town and a hidden gem for sure. One can have awesome shakes - I like particularly the Earl Grey ~ who knew tea could taste so well in a shake with honey.

Also one can easily sit and read a book and be engrossed fully and later shop for some uniquely made authentic locally made stuff.

The Jensen here is yummy 😋

I really loved the interior atmosphere and the focus on detail. Nice little cozy place. Very friendly staff. Great coffee! I'd recommend it anytime, anywhere.

Great place hidden in Loresho. A cafe/restaurant is made by the food and service it provides and this place has great food and service.
The decor is ‘different’ with a lot of African material and rustic shack look.
Lots of people working on their laptops during the day.

This is such a cool spot for brunch in Nairobi! One of the best brunch menus you'll find, both in and outside Kenya, and a really beautifully decorated, outdoor sunny spot for drinks and food with mates. Highly recommend.

A sweet spot in Loresho. I love the friendly staff and the amazing fresh carrot, orange and ginger juice. Do try out the grilled aubergine and dukkha open sandwich.

Quaint little coffee shop. Great baristas here. They also sell lots of retail teas and coffees. They make and design their own furniture and housewares. Make sure you try out the Safari Lounge coffee, it's roasted next door. They have indoor and outdoor seating and lots of space to study or work.

Food here is really good. Also more affordable than you'd think. The service is SO GOOD! The staff are super attentive and looking out to see if anyone needs something. Making reservations is a breeze and Jay-Z (that really is the name of one of the staff 😄) or someone else will give you all the info you need.

My only problem with the place is that it's 'creatively photographed' and is smaller than it looks in photos. Still, that doesn't take away from the place. It's really cozy.

Cozy little nook in the corner of Loresho, perfect for brunch though you might want to call to reserve as it gets pretty crowded especially on weekends. It is a little bit crowded though.

Cosy brunch place tucked away in Westland. Classic dishes with a twist, vegetarian and vegan options available. Probably the best eggs Benedict in town.

A very nice bar. They have a good pub quiz every third Thursday off the month.

Menu has expanded and now has lots of delicious options. Very flexible for vegetarian alternatives. Great space now for kids to play.

Although hard to find at first, Wasp & Sprout is a cute hidden gem that I took my wife to on a quick date. We both got milk shakes, which were fairly average and nothing special. I've heard the food and other items are better, but I just haven't tried them myself. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff was friendly. I look forward to going back at some point.

Quaint and warm. Great food. The pulled pork stuff and baked eggs are worth a try.

The surrounding may seem dingy but when you walk in W&S, the lovely, rustic feel welcomes you. It's a warm place with great service and great food to boost! They have a beautiful, little art shop that sells jewelry and other knick knacks. Love the place!

The ambience is excellent with a very chill and rustic vibe. There is quite a selection of artwork and funky stuff to look at and buy. And the food is delicious while fairly priced for the quality. Must visit.

One of the best locations in Nairobi to work during the day. Great crowd of focused people, reasonably priced and innovative food/drink options, and based on a recent experience.. when something does go wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it. Highly recommend!

Very nice coffee shop. Sort of hidden. Is up one flight of stairs on the right side when driving into center and down alley. Feels cozy
