room are not that bad. but poor workmanship breaks the bone. Not worth the the price. for 2k and below per night would be ideal.

It's so cool and the service there is perfect. There are no delays. You actually get to interact with the staff so that when they serve you it feels more of person to person connection rather than servant to master kind of relationship

We stayed in the hotel over the Christmas period and I was amazed. The hotel was completely full but the staff worked like bees to meet all the guests’ needs. It was most challenging during breakfast when almost every guest wanted service at the same time. We enjoyed excellent food, service and accommodation.

The customer service was amazing and I love how free they are and interactive with their clients;even three year olds. Though communication within staff should be worked on. I felt some tension there. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

An affordable one star hotel that has decent rooms at affordable prices. The general finishing is a bit wanting and hopefully will improve with time. You can do enquiries and booking via a phone call and staff is very warm and welcoming. Last i was here I couldn't get over the fact they don't have a sort of service to get one small things like toothpaste/toothbrush in case a guest or guests didn't have one
