  The management is slow at resolving anything while you’re in one of their properties. In my 1 and a half year stay the one time they fixed anything is when I threatened to leave and let the owner know why. When leaving I followed all required protocols, but despite this they went mute when it came to refunding my security deposit. Avoid them like a plague!

  If you rent with them you will never get your deposit in full. They will always have excuses. Beware😥😥. I had even actually planned to buy a house from them but with the way they treat people i changed my mind..Unprofessional unresponsive poor customer service they will waste your money and time

  5 weeks later and still haven't received my deposit refund. Yet, I was informed refunds take 2 weeks to process. Now you don't pick up calls, you are very unprofessional.
