Friendly, clean and central guesthouse

The hotel rooms look good at first when you check in, only to realize there is NO WATER, the people working here don't care about anything at all, service is below poor, a bit lower than pathetic, forget about room service, just forget about it. The sheets haven't been changed in three days. Am glad this is my last day here.
