Best customer experience that Valentines deliverFrom the time you order your preffered cake to the point where you get it,the staff are dedicated to ensure your needs are met.They have mostly all kinds of cake and at a friendly price.

Poor service, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly. I was dismissed with no uncertain terms ,”you have to order”I walked away in peace.

The lady at the counter totally doesnt know customer reĺation and service, one doesnt feel welcome otherwise cakè good but she will chase customers out ther, pls do smth
