I ordered a Royal velvet cake for my daughter's 7th birthday. The deco (Sofia the first) was great, and so we expected the cake itself to be yummy. But we were very disappointed to find a very dry cake, too compact and not tasty at all. You can do better.

I really love their customer service, very kind and respectful staff. Also they listen to your requests, they are honest also with timing and cake designs.
I am a cake lover and I definitely recommend them for custom made cakes and ready made cakes. Very well done and freshly baked.

One of the top bakers in the Nairobi area. But my recent experience with them was not very great because I had to wait for my cake for quite sometime it was as if it could not be found, but all was forgiven because the cake was great and guests enjoyed it! Would recommend the place for your next cake 😋 and they should also ensure customer experience is always seamless.

Ordered cake from them several times. The cakes are not awful but could be a lot better. If your looking for quick 'OK' cakes this is the place to go. I would give 3 starts but the 1star is because the last two times I ordered I have gotten disappointments.

1. I ordered a 4kg black forest and they delivered a 3kg and tried to convince me it was 4kgs even after we had weighed it. Second and last I ordered a red velvet which is meant to have cream cheese but considering its Valentine cake house I knew it was going to be fresh cream which is perfectly fine. This I confirmed with the lady I placed my order with just to make sure it was fresh cream.

The cake I received had no fresh cream it was cooking fat with sugar, it was dry and very underwhelming. It was more a vanilla cake with food colour (I only wish I had paid for that. Because as a vanilla cake it would have been great). since I paid for a red velvet I expected a red velvet. Oh the cooking fat was also used to stick the layers together.

This place has never disappointed me. I sent a picture of a cake I wanted and they replicated it pretty well. Prices are a bit higher than other cake houses, but it’s kinda worth it.

Very yummy cakes. They never disappoint when it comes to cakes. However, they do not do house deliveries so you'll have to give them a landmark of some sort for them to deliver to you. The staff are friendly too. I give it a 4 start because their delivery is good but they should improve on their phone customer service/ online booking.

The cakes from here are great and reasonably priced. Very wide variety including some healthier options and even Diabetic as well as Eggless Cakes. Plus they do deliver. It's quite busy most of the time though. And you're likely to wait in like for a bit whenever you visit. But in the end it's very much worth it.
