I worked as a consultant for this organization for three months and they are very well organized and have zero corruption. They help communities in the nearby semi-arid regions to build capacity by helping them capture and store rain water in sand dams. They do loads of community trainings for self-help groups to help them grow better crops, plant drought-resistant trees, learn about better farming techniques, selling their surplus crops, and so much more. They are truly committed to sustainable, holistic community development.
