  I have always been a very loyal client until last week on Thursday when I was traveling with my 7year old son. I had no problem with paying his seat after entering the van whereby we were the first clients and after it was full the guy was arguing like a mad person and shouting outside after he asked me his age and I said 7. So he was pulling him outside wanted to measure his height with a thread. My son and I felt tortured for sure
