  Good security, but is relatively small. Also, the wheelchair accessibility into the building is an utter joke! It's too steep to be used by the disabled person on their own and they must 'have the assistance of t least two people'.

  Not enough space for most events. Most cars are parked on the road causing obstruction and insecurity.

  A popular joint for talent showcasing activities by university students. It also has rental office spaces, spacious and green lawn with spaced huts for holding meetings and a cheap cafe with sumptuous foods.
