  This is the most ideal place in Kisii town.Good setup in the trees,nice rooms and great staff.However operations are quite wanting beginning with a too bossy madam who scolds staff in the presence of visitors.The rooms are cleaned late and some toiletries are not replenished making you keep asking for them.On arrival I waited for a towel for over 4 hours,despite logistical challenges..which I can understand..correct communication is key.An attitude change is key..right from the Madam bossand she should try to talk to guests..direct feedback is key.

  In kisii yes.. This is the best resort. Good swimming etc. Services are abit slow. But it has the best serene environment

  Nice isolated place away from the noise of a busy town. Great food, great hospitality, ample parking space and wonderful hotel suits. A swimming pool is also available.

  Nice,beautiful and cool place. Lots of trees making the place have a cool feeling. Rooms are cozy and of international standards. Good but small sized swimming pool.

  "Village resort in an urban neighborhood". This is quiet cosy family , group or individuals hotel with an array of services including a swimming pool. In this place one gets a feel of the serene natural environment in the background of a secure urban services such as connectivity.

  Fantastic facilities, beautiful ambience but the service is very wanting. The service is so poor it doesn't match the facility. The food is ok, most proteins from the breakfast menu were no where to be seen.
