My preferred location for doing household shopping as well as office wear from their new clothing outlet Mavazi.

My only continuing complaint is they do not update their shelf prices effectively as they change products.

Tuskys supermarket is always well stocked with very wide variety of items, groceries, even electronics and appliances..
It's location is very convenient, though I'd wish they'd open for longer into the night, maybe even be a 24 hr service. Other than that, there's usually many tills open with efficient cashiers and staff.
Always my go to shopping choice!

It is very crowded, long queues but they have many ship attendants who are well spread out, so you essily get help whenever you need it. You will get almost everything you need there but you may miss specific brands of products. They have nice fresh bread at their bakery. They have fresh groceries. They sell cooked food too.

For mall that is handling such a huge area of parts of Karen, Langata, South C and B, Nairobi West and Mombasa road (because this is the only stocked supermarket in that whole region!!!) they hold up very well. Tellers are in plenty and staff are helpful.
I sincerely hope the continue in the same thread.

It is well stocked,their items are fairly priced and is strategically positioned for the convenience of people commuting on Lang'ata road-Mbagathi road. Has ample parking for customers and the bakery especially has awesome freshly baked goodies ranging from bread to cakes

A go to place for your shopping needs.Though the mall is not so big as others and abit crowded by the amount of people walking in and out. The supermarket is well stocked. They sell ready food. Has a bakery. And divided into sections to make your shopping experience easy. I loved the book section on first floor 'books first' where there are a variety of books and the attendants are really helpful. Ample parking lot.

Very well stocked with variety with everything. I think the biggest thing they need to improve on is the friendliness of the staff. The exit of the supermarket is also really crowded almost the time so keep an eye on your trolleys and kids. The clothing area was moved to another part of the mall and it wasn't clearly marked but if you ask the attendants the will show you. Really great discounts almost all year round.

The food is okay but has a lot of oil. Good thing is you can get food even at night before closing hours. And their hotdog stand is still open at that time. Friendly service.
