Today I'm a frustrated customer. I shopped,won a voucher,nobody bothers to tell me but because I saw it appear at the till,I ask for it,mark you i waited on the que for more than 30mins. When I get to customer care desk,I'm required to use the voucher immediately and because of the time I waited my back is killing me but they won't listen to any of that. It's a total failure and this is due to the big number of customers. The system is hanging right left centre.
I'm disappointed.
