You should emulate some values from other leading supermarkets like helping mothers with kids and the old get their shopping from the trolley to the counter. At least I get that from Naivas always, even without my babies. And also encourage your staff to be polite, when someone decides to ask something, I'm sure they're not aware of the issue they want help on.

I love this place coz the free parking gives you peace of mind while shopping. Occupies the entire premise save for the few other establishments around. There's all anyone would wish to buy for home. Staff very helpful and guards friendly

This is a really big supermarket with most of the household items available. Its a little off the Athi River town and also off the main access road. It has sufficient parking space and reasonably secured. The floor space is big and its takes a while to manouvre around the aisles. Once in a while the tellers are few and this creates unnecessary queues during rash hour. Their product range is limited to ordinary shopping stuff and once gets a feeling of lack of enough product diversity especially exotic things for the homes.

quiet place,enough parking though entry is little bit close to the busy road with heavy commercial trucks.it is the main supermarket in athiriver and therefore most suitable place for visitors to shop for groceries.

For an Athi River supermarket,it really tries to live upto par with the selection of products and price points.Main downside is the cleanliness of the place and general organisation of the shelves.

If you go around evenings,you'll find very tired workers who sort of having the wrong attitude and take forever to serve you. If you go over the weekend,the Packers are very slow as they discuss football the entire time.

Also they have some renovations on the floor that have since taken about 4months to be completed.

Good thing is their bakery which sells fresh bread.Be sure to try the half cylinder bread.I really love it.

Good place to do your shopping (m-pesa & visa cards are accepted) with adequate parking space. Easily accessible via tarmac from the Nairobi-Namanga highway (after crossing the bridge for mbagathi tributary of athi river, turn left at the shell petrol station). The same building also houses a Barclays atm.
P.S; use google map to know which section of mbagathi river i have referred to.
