Tulmax community- based organizations began way back in early 2012 as non- profit making nor political organization and later registered on 3/08/2012 by the ministry of gender, children and social development. The idea to form this CBO arose from the needs that were seen among the members of community, most of them windows, single mothers and very old people incapable of raising vulnerable and orphaned children left to their care.
