Best place to relax anytime.
People are very disciplined.
Security is fantastic.
White sandy beach suitable for among other things football.
Canvas art is sold.
Bangles, bracelets, and other swahili gifts are sold here.
A few metres away is a school for teaching water sports. The fees for their one week course is roughly KES. 30,000 as of July 2017.

Great instructors, friendly staff, amazing kit and perfect location! The best place to learn to kitesurf whether you're a complete beginner or looking for more advanced coaching. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a great time Learning to Kitesurf with Ben and the Tribe Watersports team! He was very professional, making sure that we put safety first but also made it extremely fun :) I didn't know learning to Kitesurf could be so easy, chilled and fun! as I had heard that it could be quite intenseanyways I would definitely recommend them and head back for another lesson in a heartbeat. Thank you for an awesome time!!!

Professional setup, great facilities, and friendly staff. Have had plenty of fun SUP sessions around the lagoons and reefs of Watamu with Tribe Watersports, and if SUP is not your thing, they offer kayaking too.
Well trained and experienced instructors are great at teaching kids and adults to windsurf.
Best known for their excellent kite-surf school, and a fun base to hang out and meet new people at Medina Palms.
