No Mpesa paybill or till number. Mpesa payments (+transaction charges) are sent directly to a supervisor or manager.

For a pub and grill within the Estate Mugshots pub and grill is worth visiting. Its conveniently located within a walking distance from most 4 and 5 star lodges such as Radisson blu and Protea, perhaps 10 mins drive from Golden Peacock hotel and other small home stay lodges in Kalundu area. Shopping malls around the area are East Park and famously the Arcades

The ambience is great and staff are very friendly as well. I loved the service and the prices are affordable you wont beleive. It get crowded during weekdays however, weekends are best if you are planning for dinner for two or a group. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband & I went to Tratoria today for Lunch on our way to the airport and sat upstairs at the balcony. The service was poor but the food was average.
We left at around 3:20 pm and about 10minutes later, I remembered I had left my spectacles on the table. I called and was kept on hold for about 10 min of which I couldn't wait on hold any longer. I called my friend who works at the opposite building and she was told that they had not seen my spectacles.
I do not understand how a waiter cleared the table and didn't see them in a black case. As I leave Kenya, one thing on my mind for sure, will be that people should be weary of TRATORIA as whatever you forget will be taken by the staff!response / report this review -

Lovely food. Have eaten there many times but hadn't been there in years. So I was glad to revisit and was not disappointed. Best place to eat is the verandah upstairs overlooking the busy street. Service is slow though.
