  Rude staffs. They overbook there vehicles. Worse bus company in Kenya. Kisumu route has crazy drivers as well. Poor management and am seeing transline turning to Survivor.

  Y do ur staff rude to customers, I was in ur office Nairobi but ur staff are responding rudely ,please help ur staff how to speak with customers i was not happy at all

  I would have given a zero if there was that option. The staffs, especially in Homabay - Mombasa route and Homabay booking office are very rude and even insult clients. Lack of customer care services and reasonable personnel. I do not recommend this bad even if it is the only available option
