Very poor services. The application shows outdated information like for 2days ago, the contact person keeps telling you they'll rectify the problem but they don't, customer care don't pick calls and once they do, they ask irrelevant questions like 'which type of application are you using'..How the hell am I supposed to know that you have different types of applications let alone knowing the one am using?? they promise to resolve the issue but they dont, .so disappointingI've even decided to look for a new tracking provider wouldn't recommend this even to my worst enemy!
