  Town Market within Nakuru Township is situated in an area which used to be a matatu stage for public service vehicles which used to ply routes to various estates within Nakuru. Most of the stalls here sell second hand clothes(known as vintage) and most of the owners of these businesses are young men and women who have created self employment. The market is a direct product of the devolution of government services and it is was the brainchild of the first and one term Governor of Nakuru County Hon. Kinuthia Mbugua; the market is at times referred to as Kinuthia Mbugua Market. It was a great move as it has created hundreds of jobs for the youth.

  This is a combination of the Jua Kali site and the Greens market as well as mitumba selection site, it is the largest site you can get the above items throughout the week.

  This is called the Top market.
  It is the retail fruit and vegetable market. Not the best experience .

  You will find most of the fresh produce here but the market is too congested. It can also get really muddy in the rainy season with load carriers pushing you in their course of business
