Never ship with TNT! Promised shipping times aren't adhered to! Slow and very poor customer service! Worst of all I haven't received my goods yet I have fully complied with their requests for proof of purchase! It makes no sense it takes three weeks and counting to clear goods in Nairobi!!!

THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DECITS DONT EVER EVER USE THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ALL THEY DO IS LIE! My parcel arrived from turkey on 29th march been calling them everyday for five day since 29th for Kra amount. No response till date it's the 9th april.
One day I called for updates they gave half detail and hang up. I called back immediately and every time i did call back immediately for 5 times when they hung up they asked everything again. The voice was the same which i realized on the 3rd call but they pretended someone else had answered the call.i had to repeat myself 5 times and still the result they said of emailing me the kra stuff by end of day never came its 4 days now.
Very unprofessional . My whole machinery plant is unusable without the parts which are in that parcel.
Never use this people . They dont care about their customers and urgency which leads to people using air freight services.response / report this review
