Despite website stating that mombassa road branch is open sunday's till 5pm, drove all the way there to be told not only is it closed it is never open sundays. not impressed! Need to update there info so it is accurate. Thank you for wasting my time!

The worst services ever.. I purchased goods worth a lot of cash, first the customer care lady was very rude when I called to inquire about delivery, and they keep handing over calls, that I don't understand .
Second my goods were delivered four days late.
Third I dint receive all the items infact I received a quarter of what I purchased.
I've never been so angry and frustrated as this. I would never ever purchase anything from TAC most of all recommend anyone, it's the worst.

Yesterday I went in to Tile and Carpet at about 4:30pm it took me a while to find the fabric I was looking for so by the time I traced it; on my own I might add, it was heading to 5:00 pm, which is there closing time. To my surprise as soon as it hit 5:00 pm nobody was bothered, they didn't care that I wanted to purchase the fabric they left and said that they were closed for the day. There was only one person who was willing to help but he was unable to do so since the cashiers had already gone.

I have never experienced such a thing. Where a company is unwilling to attend to its customers to completion. One of the worst services I have received anywhere!!! EVER!!! Would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased an item at TAC on Sunday 26 June, 2016. It was delivered a week later on 3 Sunday July, 2016 as we had agreed. However since that day I am yet to see or get a phone call from TAC to assemble or tell me what is going on. When i call, i am referred to one Brian (guess the delivery logistics guy) who for one is very unapologetic. Second he hands the phone over to the fundi (John) suppose to come do the assembling, without letting me know his handing me over. Then John realises his not to be handling my area and hands me over to the next fundi. Then the fundi starts asking where I leaveIf TAC does not assemble my purchased item back, I return it and get my money back. I do not like how I have been treated for one moment. TAC the lack of basic courtesy by your employees is detrimental to your business.
