Rooms are relatively clean. Everything else was terrible. There were no double rooms available, so we ask about a single, and then they show us a double. We see the double and they say it is available. Confused we ask about the single again. They say the single is not available, we ask to see it anyways and they show it to us and say it is available. We go to pay by credit card and I watch at they go through the menus after it read my card, just skipping by "show receipt and have the customer sign" , "is signature okay", accepting everything without anything ever printing. With no printed receipt they do it again, but I stop them and enter "receipt not signed okay". I go to see my transactions online and see it being charged twice and returned once. Dinner takes nearly an hour to produce and the "steamed" chicken was greasy and extremely tough. We go to bed and the mosquito net isn't even long enough to reach the bed. The "hot" shower is only slightly warmer than cold. Thankfully it was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast in the morning was a disaster. The waiter must have been completely untrained. He showed us the breakfast that was included with the room to be the set breakfast in the menu, though he took the listing of juice, tea or coffee, egg, sausage, and some other things to be this or that or that no matter how much I tried to explain to him otherwise.. So my included breakfast consisted of a juice, which actually never came because I got tired of waiting after 45 minutes. All this was not helped by the clueless receptionist saying we haven't paid them and that we need to pay them despite me showing the charge having gone through online. The exchange goes on for too long and she refused to bring the manager to me so we had to find him ourself. Eventually we decided to get the second night refunded to us, which took the manager to have to call a bank representative to come to the hotel to verify that we had paid. Of course the manager said the bank was closed and we would have to wait until about 30 minutes later, though that was a lie the bank was open since I had called them to ask about western union. The manager then soon called the bank after I had called them. Terrible terrible terrible.
