Thola Glass took ab50% order in April, 2017. In July, they sent pictures ostensibly of my windows in Germany being packed saying the goods were ready and they demanded 90% deposit. I paid. They delivered a few windows. It is now November 24th, 2017 and they have not fulfilled the order.. The CEO has refused to speak to me. My phone calls email and other efforts to reach them have been futile. The few responses I get are lies about new delivery dates. I don’t know if I will ever get my windows. I would strongly recommend that you do not pay before receiving your purchase.its been a most exasperating 8 months dealing with Thola. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY in my life.
