  Very disappointing. I booked this hotel more than three weeks in advance only for them to email me two days before that they are renovating. This is totally unacceptable because i was unable to find another place on such short notice.
  Thats horrible customer service.

  The perfect getaway, beautiful serene and quiet environment. The rooms could be bigger but not bad. The bathrooms were really good. I really didn't like the food but breakfast was on point. I hope they can introduce some guides who can tour visitors around the lake but great and friendly customer service

  We ordered the anniversary package and the staff went all out. Our room was fixed very nice with rose petals scattered around, a card, fruit and cookies, and wine. They upgraded is to a cottage for the same price as a deluxe room. Also they served our dinner in front of the fire place. Staff and service was excellent.

  We checked in on the christmas eve of 2016.It was a complete mess - the food was pathetic.Our christmas was ruined.Never again.
