It is a new hotel in Nakuru (2017). The best part of the hotelbis the terrace restaurant which is at the top floor. Adjacent is a place you can get your favorite drink as you enjoy the Nakuru skyline. It just givesvyou a different perspective of Nakuru town. The food offered are either buffet or on order. The Ole-Ken Hotel is THE BEST hotel in the WORLD. Top class food, luxury rooms. For 1 out of 5 stars, I give it 6. Hands down the best hotel ever. The staff are extremely friendly, and know both Swahili and good English. It is also under high security, and have electrical toilets. It also comes with free souvenirs! There is also great parking. It's also by the West-Side Mall, and right next to Mount Kenya University. This hotel is even better than the ones in the US. Good food, good staff, great hotel, What Else?

Very modern and optically pleasingthat's where the buck stops. Restaurant customer service is begging! After placing our order and waiting for over an hour the food was brought out and it was not what we ordered. The management needs to improve on their customer service, please inform the customer on the menu options if what they ordered is not available. Instead of arbitrarily substituting menu items without informing the consumer.

Terrible service!! Very rude waitress!! Looks can be deceiving.!!!
I ordered for a simple meal (fish fillet & chips) i had to wait for a whole 1 and 1/2 hrs before it come to my table.i kid you not (1 and 1/2 hrs). And by the time the food came it wasn't even what i had asked for.!! I am so disappointed in this place.
It was my first and last time to ever come to this place. I regret my time here

Nice place to have unique snacks, business meetings and quiet time. They have roof top cafe with awesome views. The place is secure and frequented by VIPs across the globe. Excellent rooms with a great presidential suite. It's simply a high end joint.

Great place, lovely cosy rooms.
They should however improve on restaurant service (a la care takes too long and breakfast was cold).
Need to have a proper AC in the rooms as Nakuru is kinda hot

Great atmosphere, interior is lovely and service was tops. My son took a milkshake and I drank some apple and cinnamon tea, which both were good. I did feel the price for the milkshake was slightly high, but I guess for an upscale place like this, it's probably normal.

Simply Fantastic, modern interior design at it's finest.
The rooms are top notch, cleanliness and quality of beddings worth every penny.
The best hotel so far in Nakuru.

The Ole-Ken Hotel Nakuru is one of the best hotels in Nakuru Town. My experience was extremely remarkable. The reception was so warm and very proffessional. the rooms and ambience beat my expectations and i was really impressed. The service was upto standard plus there was an array of food items on offer from their different menus. I LOVED the lighting at the bar and the bar mixologist was tops.

The interior decor and lighting is so so nice.. The hotel is well built with very modern architecture I was lucky to visit it before it was even launched and I loved everything about it .. there was so much to see Great ambience .. The food was not so bad and I didn't like the cocktail I had .. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because I felt like the services weren't professional .. the hotel should invest in getting more professional servers and waiters and also dress them well

It's a State of the art hotel. Any time I'm in Nakuru, I will always go back to Ole -Ken. An awesome experience.
