True value for money, very clean and closest to most of the city centre attractions. Doest not have 24 hours room service, so be prepared to manage your own dinner after 10pm

Monarch is on of the best hotel I've used in my travelling experience n the hotel staff are good up to standard the food is perfect n always fresh I mostly injoy the mango juice it's always fresh

Great location, comfort bed and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is WiFi available. There's a coffee/ tea corner in every room. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The Monarch Hotel itself is an excellent hotel with very pleasant staff.
The Indian restaurant it owns across the road is a farce. The chef there is quite unwelcoming and responds very poorly to customer complaints. And the pos device does not work and requires a conference to get the sister Monarch Hotel to access your card payment on behalf of the Indian restaurant.
The Indian restaurant is very much still work in progress with building rubble strewn all over The place harzardously.response / report this review -

Ambience, food, service and security on point, no alcohol allowed or served meaning, family environment enabled, extra levy on service charge has reduced number of clientele progressively.

compare other hotel in same rate, This one is bad decoration, No slipper provided in the room , slow Internet speed , Also charged 15 dollar each person for breakfast ! slow service , rude , will never ever come again !

A good hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Nice nairobi view. Clean and nice for conferences or gateways if you want a quite place with no alcoholic drinks allowed
