This is the hospital with the best cardiac services in Kenya. My 4 years old daughter underwent an open heart surgery for a vsd closure and a valve repair on 5th October 2017, with excellent results.She spent 1 day in ICU and three days in the wards. The hospital has world class cardio- thoracic sergeons and cardiologists who give patients so much confidence even before surgery. Before surgery, we interacted with many more patients that had undergone open heart surgery and this really strengthened us.There was no doubt that our daughters' operation was also to be successful since these were routine procedures at karen.Four open heart surgeries (all successful) were carried out during our 5 days stay there.Truely, Karen Hospitals' big heart beats for all kenyan, and so it does for my daughter. Somebody told me that taking a patient with a heart problem to karen hospital is like taking a Toyota car for service at Toyota kenya garage and so one needs to worry not. I have confirmed this and will certainly tell any patient out there the same thing. There is no guess work here, This is a place full of proffesionals.God bless Karen hospital and expand it beyond anybody's imagination.

The worst experience ever.just a greedy hospital after money. my baby was admitted for simple tonsils inflammation and subjected to intravenous injection. We gave out samples for 2 hours test but we were never given results even after 24 hours in the hospital.
