One of the best malls in Nairobi. Houses the best supermarket chain Carrefour, and a variety of nice shops as well as nice restaurants & has a huge, great, peaceful garden around it.
Has a facility with rides for pay for children & is a great place to visit with kids to have fun especially on the weekends.

Enough parking, good scenerywindy though . there's need for more parking validation points. Restrooms are pretty standard with great lighting. The great quad is super for multiple outdoor activities and the very popular selfy points. I like the that the food court is hidden behind the main front shops but still retain a good view of the back side. Hood stuff guys!!

Wonderful place to shop, eat, relax and have fun with the kids.

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to chill out to go to this place. I really never expected it to be so accommodating but it was far better.

I'm going back during the weekend with my kids to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.

Beautifully manicured gardens, mid to upmarket restaurants and shops, a well stocked supermarket, and a good offering of financial services by most local bank branches.

Parking is in plenty with reasonable parking fees, especially on weekdays. Lot's of activities for kids under 15yrs.

An excellent place to take the kids on weekends and or holidays. The vast expanse allows for multiple activities. Food court and various restaurants cater to the pallets. The arcade provides parents an opportunity to play with their kids .. shops are primarily what you'd find in most malls in Kenya. A few unique ones exists.. ample parking exists. My only concern is the entry. Don't think much thought was put into it as was dedicated to the venue itself..

What else could you ask for in terms of a world class mall? The Hub got it all.from world class shops to world class restaurants.
The mall also has a place for fun so in case you bring your kids to shopping, they will also have as much fun.
There is also a water point with a beautiful garden and perfectly done lawn.
    Thus place is just beautiful.

Awesome lovely place with amazing assortment of stores. Something for everyone. Kids, adults, teenagers all. However for the amounts of cash someone ends up spending around the mall, they should figure out some rewards/loyalty program.

This is my go to relaxing place.Living in Karen I barely know my neighbours. So this is my outdoor activities place. From skating at the main to shopping in the numerous fashion stalls to gaming at the arcade,I never run out of activities! And their restaurants. ..absolutely delightful experience. I love my home away from home. The hub :-).

It is an incredible place to be😌😌😌😌😌 security on point because of the very many exit points, a place where children can enjoy because they have children activities there, a small garden where people can relax and not get scorched by the sun due to the trees providing shade and has very many stores which provide products of good quality and not forgetting the good restaurants that are there they provide wonderful food🍗🍗🍗🍗🍔🍔🍔🍔🍟🍟🍟🍟

More than a shopping mall, well thought out buildings and accessible for the physically challenged, well set kids entertainment area, and beautiful albeit small garden with picnic area! Very beautiful landscaping, open to all and sundry no discrimination though it seems like a high class and expensive! I enjoyed the beautiful mix of people and shopping space.

The Hub Mall is one very beautiful place to visit. The ecosystem surrounding the mall makes it a very splendid place to spend your time whether its alone or with family and friends. The parking space is huge and the disabled parking is placed very close to the entrances to the mall. The downside for those driving to the mall is during peak hours where a light traffic jam can be a bit of a bummer. There are a variety of stores that suit the needs of any kind of visitor. The layout of the mall allows for a visitor to have a grand view of the mall from the top with views that captivate and keep the visit interesting. The play area for kids and the funfare during the weekends is a great addition to this already magnificent facility.

Always great to visit. The mall has plenty of open spaces, greenery (very rare in this concrete jungle) and best of all, the shopping experience is quite nice!

There's a wide variety of stores to visit, one of the busiest is the supermarket, Carrefour. They give half hour free parking for spend above 3,000 shillings. Prices at the Hub are generally a little steep and service good

The Hub is a beautiful, quite scenic place where anyone can come and relax. They have a lot of dining options that can satiate the most picky of eaters with plenty of fun filled activities to burn the extra calories off. Carrefour provides a great place to shop for household groceries and even more exotic items like tents or Halloween costumes. My only problem is that it is crowded during the weekends.

The Hub is a great outdoor mall in the Karen area of Nairobi. It's definitely my favorite mall in the greater Nairobi area. I just wish it was closer to where I lived. It has a great selection of grocery stores, restaurants, and other specialty stores. Even a Burger King with a playground for the kids!

A lot of things to do in terms of eat and shop. On the pricing side of things in terms of eating but their supermarket has competitive pricing. A few activities for children to do. Has a nice open garden.
All in all something for everyone

Excellent! Try carnivore's Burger and pork ribs you won't regret it one bit! There is ample parking here and not so crowded. The kids have a blast at the open square so it serves family time very well!

An exquisite shopping mall on the outskirts of Nairobi, located in the upmarket Karen residential estate. Fully equipped with globally recognized brands in supermarket chains, boutiques, coffee joints, restaurants, children playing centre, chemists and other many souvenir shops. Also equipped with ample parking and good security

The Hub is amazingly designed. It looks nice and the shops are well located with the best food court in Kenya. All the restaurants offer great food and the shops have all that you need. Can get very crowded on weekends but usually the fast food shops are the worst.

I absolutely love this mall! There's a lot of malls in Nairobi, some are bigger even but there's none w/ such variety in terms of restaurants. There's a large games and play area dedicated just for the kids thus very family friendly.
Restaurants range from pastry restaurants, gourmet restaurants, fast foods joints to steak houses.
My favorite is definitely The Eagle Peak Spur that has so many special offers on most days of the week, super affordable and open from 9 am to 10 pm.
    Enjoy when you get there!!
