There are still some stalls unoccupied. Though it has naivas supermarket which i believe is the biggest place To shop In ukunda. It is in a strategic place and easy to access. It has a parking so don't worry if you have a car. There is also a wines and spirit wholesale stall where you can buy partying stuffs.

Not a complete mall though, some parts haven't been occupied yet. The Naivas sells a wide range of products including groceries and electronics. You can get freshly prepared food and pastries fresh vegetables, fresh and dried spices, which are weighed and packed on request, they also have cereals and breakfast cereals which can be weighed and packed according to the amount you want. Ideal for bulk shopping.

There is a food section with a sitting place you can have your meal, there is wide selection of dried fruits section, cereals too are adequate, and the mall is well stocked. It close at around 8:00 pm

This is a great shopping Mall, and visitors can find it very easily because it's just near the road. There are not many shops though in the mall but supermarket is good. It has almost everything one needs, except that a tourist or first time visitor might have a hard time getting things.
The downside is that :
1: insufficient parking space. They need to create more.
2 the front yard isn't good looking at all. Doesn't look like a modern mall. Shabby and incomplete in making.
3 the government people dug an ugly trench just outside the mall entrance, making it hard to enter the mall in a vehicle on a rainy day.
4 The mall gets so full of people especially towards the end of the month. So you would rather not go there then

Crowded, busy grocery store that had all we needed for snacks and simple meals. Veggies are decent looking. Lots of cookies, chips and the unhealthy stuff. Accepts credit cards, has a cash machine. Liquor store next door.
