The only good thing they have is that the rooms have AC . There is no hot water I was there and arrived at about 8 pm and they had no food and the breakfast had no variety. They need to shape up and if they do they will make it big

Very poor services in terms of food services. Delays and very small ratios!
    Halls, spacious but poor A/C

Considering the general surrounding of the area, the hotel is just better. There is also fresh food, balanced diet, enough water and fairly clean rooms.

The rooms are Pentagon shaped - more like the African traditional round circular houses. The rooms have a 6*6 sized beds fitted with transparent sheets all round. The rooms have AC's installed but for some of the rooms the AC's don't work. We also have a closet and a shoe rack. It's usually hot at night so they just give you a bed sheet to cover yourself with. They have a bathroom and a washroom with cold showers which is essentially warm water because of the heat. There is a restraunt and a bar. You have to make bookings for meals early in advance. If you don't like foods with too much cooking oil this is not the place for you. Mostly meat is offered. They don't store cooked food. The attendants are not prompt to attend to clients because they are never available. They offer soft drinks and alcoholic drinks at the bar. The rooms are charged at KES 3500 per night inclusive of breakfast.

The food is good but services are slow maybe owing to the frequency of customers but its a nice place to be.

Weird place, no real restaurant on site, no warm water, AC broken, unavailable staff, the ordering a soda can take half an hour

Came on business. Hotel has working air conditioning, wi-fi, clean, good variety of food, $35 a night. We had to ask the reception staff to come to the room to help us turn on the air conditioner (they shut it off at the circuit breaker in the vestibule to our rooms each day we were here). One night we arrived at the hotel after 8pm and no food was available except eggs and French fries (chips) - it took more than two hours to make eggs and chips. Pre-order meals since food takes a long time to prepare (at least two hours) and nothing may be available if not pre-ordered. The wifi lasts as long as they've loaded a data bundle onto the account and sometimes runs out as the day/evening wears on. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Quite a decent place in Lokichar, one of Kenya's most marginalized and remote places.

The best hotel in the oil town of Lokichar. Good amenities. Reasonable prices. A place to have a good night's sleep and a piece of mind. Highly recommended.
